Refund and Returns Policy

At LifeHustle, we aim to provide high-quality, personalized blueprint services. Because our services involve on-demand, customized digital content, the following policy outlines your rights and limitations.


1. ๐ŸŽซ Refund Eligibility

Refunds are handled with fairness but are limited due to the nature of digital service delivery.

Eligible for Refund (case-by-case):

  • Your blueprint was not generated
  • There was a clear system error or failure on our end
  • You requested cancellation before blueprint generation began

Ineligible for Refund:

  • Blueprint has been successfully delivered (via web, email, or Telegram)
  • Inaccurate or vague blueprint input was submitted
  • You forgot to apply a promo/discount code

2. ๐Ÿ“ฉ How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of your transaction.
To initiate a refund:

Email: support@skylinedigitech.com
Subject: “Refund Request – [Your Order ID]”
Include: Proof of payment, reason for refund, and blueprint request details.


3. ๐Ÿงพ Refund Review Process

Each request will be reviewed by Skyline Digitech LLCโ€™s customer success team.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are approved at the sole discretion of management. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7โ€“10 business days.


4. ๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ Dispute Resolution

If you believe your request was mishandled or you are unsatisfied with our resolution, you may escalate to our legal office. Chargebacks through your bank without prior communication may result in account termination.
